On 27th\u00a0September celebrated the World Tourism Day in Ger\u00eas with the business association Ger\u00eas Viver Turismo together with the county council of Terras de Bouro marking the date with free guided walk, with free visits to the N\u00facleo Museol\u00f3gico de Vilarinho das Furnas, composed of the Ethnographic Museum and the Geira Museum.<\/p>\n
The walk guided by the company Parque Cerdeira, covered the mythical trail of the Fenda da Calced\u00f3nia. It was a real adventure for four dozen people. The theme defined by the World Tourism Organization to mark World Tourism Day in 2015 was \u201cA billion tourists, a billion opportunities\u201d, and this was an interesting opportunity to visit Ger\u00eas.<\/p>\n
